What's Brewing @ Just Home Brew It!

Well for starters... A whole lot!

This week:

Just bottled a Cream Ale Kit from http://www.northernbrewer.com/.

A light, clean fermenting ale modeled after the "cream lagers" of the northeast United States. Low in gravity, long on flavor, this beer is a pale thirst-quencher, great for brewing and enjoying in the summertime. Dingemans Biscuit Malt gives our Cream Ale a warm, toasty flavor that complements the light hopping.

Brewed it on April 26th, OG 1.039.
Fermented (Primary) 11 days, FG 1.008.
May 7th, Racked to the Secondary.
Crystal clear by May 17th.
Bottled on May 24th.

EAGERLY awaiting a tasting. Carbonation testers are coming along nicely, should be able to sample a bottle later this weekend! :-)
